In conjunction with the design work we do, Florentine Interiors has worked to create design tools that help builders from conception of the project to the selling phase.
Our principal, Sharon Florentine holds a degree in interior
architecture. Her skills in this area allow her to make better
use of the space in a room, thus making a room seem larger
and more functional. Sharon offers a complimentary furniture
review of the plans to identify any problem areas in relation
to traffic flow and space usage. This exercise often saves
the builder time and money up front by correcting the problem
on paper instead of after it's built.
Our designers are experts in the field of high density. Our recognition of this “upward” movement has allowed us to create a helpful sales tool for our clients. We have created urban living binders which provide buyers a look into the community in which they will be living. With everything from history of the area, to schools to furniture stores, these binders will give our clients an edge in this highly competitive field.
Our staff also makes visits to each model to maintain the look of each product by “fluffing and straightening” each room. We feel that the look of each home should be as “fresh and new” as it was the day it opened.
